National Trust Membership

National Trust Membership

First of all I’m certainly not going to try and convince you to become a member of the National Trust. I think the National Trust does a fantastic job at conserving historic houses and gardens for future generations but they also have their critics and, if you don’t have time to visit the properties on enough occasions the membership fee can work our quite expensive. If you are retired and love travelling in the UK then I think it’s a great idea.

In Dorset, and in particular around Studland and the Purbeck region, the National Trust do have a lot of properties as well as car parks which are free to members.
