Corfe Castle Model Village & Tearoom

Corfe Castle Model Village is conveniently located just off the main square. The highlight is a beautifully constructed 1/20th scale model of Corfe Castle and the village as it was in 1646 prior to the castle’s destruction by Oliver Cromwell’s troops during the English Civil War.

The model village is set in an acre of landscaped gardens. There is a croquet lawn, enchanted fairy garden, fossil garden, giant chess game, wildlife garden, village punishment area for kids and spouses with working stocks and pillories. There is also a gift shop and Courtyard Cafe and Tea Rooms.

Tea Room & Cafe with outdoor seating in the courtyard. You don’t have to buy an entrance ticket if you are just visiting the tea room.
